Long Term Discounts

Our leases run from month-to-month meaning your commitment is for only 30 days. We also offer longer term leases and offer prepayment discounts for longer term storage. So if you know the amount of time you will be storing is 6 months or more you can save through a long-term lease and prepaying your rent.

1. We provide 1/2 month free rental with a prepaid 6 month rental.
2. We provide 1 month free rental with a prepaid 12 month rental.

Our prepaid long term rental discounts are in addition to any incentive discounts we may offer from time to time.
